I was deep in banking design and research and found out that sometimes there are no good rules when we talk about border cases. For example, in VIP banking I have to put in mobile screen 15 digits, plus, separator and 2 more digits. Did we use condensed fonts? Yes, we did. But that was not the only situation. I see misunderstandings in the presentation of numbers within the product, family of products, different labeled versions of products. In the short presentation I show how we go from the number to the meaning. First were presented in 2018 at Russian Internet Week and podcast after with Usabilitylab. Then were modified for Solvery, Vas3k Community and my pleasure.
Research Methods for Product Design and Management
I just collect a lot of methods that somehow widely used, because tired of hearing from other researchers that product owners asked to make interview. It’s a list a starting points for people who are not deep in research but want to know the options. UX researchers already know these methods. And you can not be researcher after this lection.
